partners such as Blue Dart, Prompt, Aramex, UPS, India Post, or any other
reliable service suited to your delivery location. We constantly strive to
ensure timely and secure deliveries.

Potential Delays
While most shipments arrive on time, occasional delays

Shipping Within India
- For our Indian customers, there's a nominal
shipping fee of INR 200. Blue Dart is our go-to courier choice. If a
particular pin code isn't serviceable by Blue Dart, we resort to Speed
Post or Registered Post.
- All required certification (including X-Ray) are
enclosed with your parcel.
International Shipping
- Shipping Charges:
- Rs. 3000 – United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia
- Rs. 3500 – Europe
- Rs. 2500 – Singapore, Malaysia, UAE

- Custom Duties: Any taxes, import duties, or levies charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
- X-Ray Reports: Due to cross-border courier regulations and documentation limitations, X-Ray verification reports are not enclosed in international shipments. However, the original Lab Certificate will always be included. If you would also require the X-Ray report, we can send it to any Indian postal address you provide, subject to an additional domestic courier fee.
